We have a lot of folks around here who are convinced Obama is secretly trying to make America socialist/Muslim/Fascist/police state/Europe or whatever today's conspiracy theory is.
What will you do if he wins in November? Without the possibility of voting him out of office, what's the plan then?

He'll have 4 years of Lame Duck Presidency. The House and Senate will be GOP and he'll have to turn hard right or he'll have ZERO accomplishments to tout in his last term.

Some people just can't see the handwriting on the wall. Where we are headed - Absolute disaster is waiting. Obama will show his true colors (to Russia) and to the world (Israel) once he gains "more flexibility"!
A civilian youth core more heavily funded than the military. How is he going to spend 500 billion per year on this youth core? For what ? uniforms ? What does he have planned that will cost so much??

If he would win I would be honestly wondering if the vote was tampered with. He's in worse shape for reelection than Jimmy Carter was with his misery index.
Same press said how great Carter was doing because they were all Democrats then as well, so this is the same old horse and pony show as we always got from the press.

Actually, I'm far more concerned that some "whacko" from the extreme right will take it upon himself to "solve" the problem of a second term Obama with no visible solution other than violence to get him out of office.
The past 4 years of increasingly bizarre and hysterical conspiracy theories about his administration, the unrelenting drumbeat of his "illegitimacy" in the White House and the personal accusations about his faith and "secret" plans has only been held in check by the possibility of his being voted out of office.
If he wins in November and that possibility is removed, what's left for those who have been conditioned to hate him or hate what he does other than violence directed at his person?

I'd imagine as long as you have the misguided attitudes as displayed in posts like Rakin's post 39 nothing is ever going to be fixed as for many Americans it will just be a never ending litany of things to focus ones hate on..
This is how the Nazi took power in Germany..They created hate objects...hate clouds the mind and makes us easy to control and dupe...I suggest that you don't bother hating Obama...or anyone else..They like it when you hate them...cos they know it weakens you.
No one can take the freedom of mind away from you...if there are sinister plans in the making- or those at the top are conspiring (breathing as one)...don't worry about it. Never in the history of the world has an evil persons career ended well...if there is evil...it will destroy itself..be patient and don't feed the little pet monster in the cage....let it starve.
There are no right wingers or left wingers...the power mongers play both sides...it's the common citizen who gets in to a dizzy tizzy looking right and left - left and right...till you vision is a total blur...Look right down the center and view both hands at work and you will know what the head is doing...partizan politics is for chumps.
I am gonna sit back and enjoy watching him destroy the country for 4 more years. The people are going to have to completely hang themselves before they realize what they have done. I will continue to push for freedom loving libertarian minded folks to run for office and support them however I can. I am to the point of not really giving a crap what happens to this country as long as they are not smart enough to vote for someone other than statists for office.
