Yes, as you so often make clear in your posts we know that everything is "racial" to you about this POTUS, election fraud, or any other number of topics.

Fortunately, many of us do not see the world through primarily skin color but look deeper into content of character of the individual. When every candidate is required to submit the same qualifying information there is no racial component, period.

The integrity of elections is of the utmost importance. There is no reason why every candidate running for office should not be prepared to submit a birth certificate to the Sec. of State to certify, absolutely none.

Perhaps its because the President has been evasive in producing the birth certificate? In America, we like transparency, especially from the kid who said he'd run the "most transparent Administration" in American history. So when America holds him to that standard, and he stutters and deflects on that promise, we're supposed to just turn the other cheek? It has nothing to do with race. It has everything to do with holding someone to their word and respecting the Constitution.

This is an important moment in America. When a need arises, we should tackle it. The birth certificate issue is not beyond reproach. A national discussion is not out of bounds IMO.

Excellent points. Thank you.

meaning laws too. which also means gun laws.
the laws you are talking about are subject to their jurisdiction. same way i can get a traffic ticket in one state for something that is legal in another. that has nothing to do with a state honoring official records of another.

But, why the games? Is it possible that with all the preoccupation with the birth certificate, we're not taking a look at something else that's even worse? What else is being hidden behind the smoke screen, that's not coming out because we're spending so much time and energy on the birth certificate?
Let's see. The president has supplied both short and long form copies of his BC.
The state of Hawa'll has confirmed that the information shown on both is true and matches what they have on file.
He has done everything any other American citizen would need to do to prove he was born and not hatched from an egg.

It's not the president who won't put this to rest.

It is obvious it is a poor forgery- Even Obama is trying to distance himself from that worthless piece of crap!
As long as Hawaii says the information on the birth certificate is valid, it doesn't matter if the info is written on toilet paper.

You've been given 2 forms of the same document and the assurance - on the record - of the issuing authority. Apart from the entertainment value, nobody with a rational bone in their body cares about the yokels playing Encyclopedia Brown any more.

Why respond to every asinine request of your detractors? Why lend credence to every wild speculation? Why jump through hoops to attempt to appease those who will never be satisfied? Why act as if the onus is on you to prove them wrong, when the onus is on them to prove themselves right?
If Barack Obama told every birther to go F** themselves, I would stand and applaud.

What games? Obama provided his official prima facie evidence in any court COLB - the birthers demanded his "long form" birth certificate

Obama provided his long form birth certificate and the birthers said it was a forgery.

At this point, there is nothing that Obama can do that will ever satisfy the birthers so why even try.
