the charlotte observer rescinded it's endorsement of republican congressional candidate jim pendergraph after he makes some pro-birther statements:

GOP candidate loses backing over Obama birth claims

i'm curious if pendergraph will back track on his statements or go full blown birther.

The mainstream media worked hard to elect Barack Obama. Does anyone believe that the mainstream media will work equally as hard towards discrediting their own bias? Of course not. The sooner the media can sweep the birth certificate issue under the rug, the better off they'll be. Afterall, it is THEY who would be indicted in the public square should someone uncover damning evidence calling into question the President's legitimacy. It would unravel 5+ years of biased reporting in one fell swoop, so they have a vested interest in staying far, far away from that discussion.

Do you know of anything other than inserting yourself in every birther discussion? Either you slovenly and slobberingly worship Barack Obama, or you have a vested interest in attempting to discredit every discussion involving his birth certificate. Your name came up in a thread just the other day in this regard......it's quite obvious to forum regulars that your defense of the guy stands out amongst all the other sheep on this forum. Either you're paid to defend BO in birther threads, or your infatuation with this one particular human being is downright disgusting and pathological.

The GOP is embarrassed to even be remotely associated with these loons.

The evidence is already out of the bag ...

But you are correct ... the mainstream media is working very hard to discredit the evidence ... but way too many people are already convinced ... its a losing battle for the media. When you have polls showing more than 50% of the voters think Obama is not eligable ... and you have state after state challenging Obama's eligibility for their ballot ... its just a matter of time.

It's my favorite topic on the forum. So if I were you. I'd get used to seeing me in them.

There are other options. The one I would choose is that I have a deep and abiding distaste for irrationality and idiotic thinking... which is why you will also find me arguing against Truthers, Chemtrailers, Creationists and generalized nut jobs.

It's not my fault that this forum is target rich with Birther threads.
