Almost, but not quite... for those of us who are actually Jewish (but not Orthodox), we're just "self-hating Jews." LOL.

Good news! As with the medical marijuana issue, I feel this is a first step towards national recognition/legalization.

Your pastor obviously doesn't know his history, or like most posters, presents a double standard on the meaning of "redefine".

Seeing as your typical American Christian doesn't follow Christ, most churches aren't teaching sound doctrine (I would include yours).
Yeah, pretty much - to all of the above! Funny how they overlook so many other (supposed) sins, but think it's "not following doctrine" to accept a gay person as equal. Hypocrite much?

one reason though is it will lead to many more STDs.

for example number of Hepatitis c has gone up in MA since pervert "marriges" passed.
Perhaps there are more drug users in MA and hetrosexual men using prostitues.

If you know the people won't support it you rule by executive order. Good luck next election time.

You're contradicting yourself. We're talking about a direct democracy, not a Constitutional Republic. A direct democracy can overrule the 1st Amendment by majority vote.
No it can't - ever heard of Proposition 8?

You can't have it both ways. It was the very same chapter. If the former is null and void, so is the latter. Otherwise you're cherry picking.
No it doesn't. Jesus made it clear that sin was sin - he said that his death paid the price for that sin and his resurrection completed victory over it. The Apostle Paul has a lot to say to people like you who think the NT licenses sin - read his letter to the Romans.

The Word of God has already told us that gay marriage is wrong. We have been preaching it for years. This is nothing new.
