I guess even the rest of the world is starting to realize he doesn't walk on water.

So, the article says that Europeans still prefer Obama over Mitt Romney because of the rather sour memories of having endured the last GOP president.

The article further states that Obama shoulders too much of the blame for not living up to his promises (Guantanamo, Afghanistan, etc.) because there is a lack of understanding regarding the limits of his power - that is, that the GOP has blocked many of his initiatives.

Isn't it funny how Conservatives whine about no one caring what Europeans think about America, because they are liberal socialist cesspools, that is until they criticize their arch-nemesis, the black "muslim" in office?

We need 800 billion for shovel ready jobs !!! He got it - and there were no jobs - heck - they didn't even have the shovels!!

Please try and tell the truth - the GOP gave him what he wanted how many times ???

800 THOUSANDS of millions and unemployment went up & up & up The real figures of unemployment are @ 20%! But this most transparent administration n history has to resort to lying constantly to falsify the true numbers.

They refuse to tell the truth about where all of those 800 thousand millions of dollars actually went - Overseas!!

The only understaning of the limits of Obama's power is obama he understand he has to act like a diktator and shred the constitution and eliminate congress for his communist czars that do his bidding.

It's nice to see you care - for you carelessly forget to admit the simple truth.

I will reduce the debt to 1/2 in my first term!! He doubled it further proving that EVERYTHING this administration utters is always the exact opposite of what he claims - We have been watching this "clown" for 3 1/2 years. Its plain to see - but you just refuse to even admit it!

The World is starting to realize he's much more to the right than they were thinking. That's disappointing, just as his base is disappointed.

Please don't tell us you think his poll numbers are down because the World is conservative and this proves your ideology right?

Can you point out where in the article FAILURE is mentioned?

I don't see it.
