AND,...Texas didn't kill the man. A jury of twelve arrived at that decision after being presented with the evidence. If your claim is true (which is questionable) one might suppose we should just do away with juries since they are prone to err.
After reading the article, it appears that a group of academicians proclaimed DeLuna's innocence. No one else,....unless one counts the organization trying to abolish the death penalty.
