Doesn't matter where he was born. His mother was an American. He automatically gets citizenship regardless of where he was born.

actually there was an age restriction on mothers to convey citizenship automatically in 1961 for births outside the US. stanley anne dunham did not meet that requirement ( altho it would have been easy to obtain citizenship on mother and child's return to the states ).


but, since obama was born in the US...... no age restriction on conveying citizenship.
