Thats been happening on I-95 in FL for a loooong time now.
What I wanna know is why in the world would someone be driving around with 200k in their car?

No its not. If the officer wants to search the vehicle, he should have to get a warrant. To obtain a warrant, the officer should have reasonable probable cause.

There's no reason the issue should even come to what is found in the car.
