Crazy times.

An attorney for Gangasani told The Journal-Constitution, “We’re definitely going to appeal the verdict and the judgment.”
I'll be interested to see how this plays out.

Not sure what doctors are required to do but seems like a generic warning about strenuous physical activity should have been given.

Very true, there should have been a warning, with underlying heart problems and high blood pressure, the Dr. should have advised him.

The Dr. should of warned him, until all tests were taken, to stop any strenuous activity, that could be a strain on his heart.

Was the threesome with 2 men and a woman or 2 women and him? Either way,it doesn't matter.
He wasn't with his wife?????

Why aren't all the coservatives condemning this like they do gay sex?

Why is a threesome not looked as an abomination but gay sex is?

When I first heard that the case involved a Georgia man involved in a threesome I immediately thought of Newt, not sure why, but I did.

I'm not sure why the holier than thou bible thumpers aren't condemning this act?

How about learning about our justice system before you whine about things. Did you study it in high school? Go to college? The amount will get knocked down in appeal.

Instead of whining about the $3M, perhaps you could all start whining about people's rush to comment on things about which they know nothing.

Yet another thread where you're commenting on healthcare and yet know not much about it. Go do some research on healthcare costs. Litigation is a rather small piece of the puzzle.
