[quote=EddieB.Good;24675215]Exactly. And what's been provided? Employee fraud. Why don't you actually read the articles instead of forming your opinions from headlines...quote]
You might want to do some reading on your own. The voter fraud was instituted by a ACORN Senior executive and involved approximately 400,000 fraudulent signatures.
When ACORN's Regional directors and field directors are involved in fraudulent activity, they become more than "just employees" as you claim. Were you previously employed by ACORN, or are you just taking a break from the Occupy movement?
In early 2011 McGavin was appointed as director of Hardest Hit. Before that he was director of counseling for ACORN Housing in Chicago and operations manager for a Chicago ACORN offshoot called Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA).
I had no idea who McGavin was, but I was damn sure he hailed from Chicago before you explained it. Pretty much where everyone else comes from that enjoys sitting under that big halo that floats above Obama's head. This administration resembles Al Capone and his mob (mentality).

Here is some news. Joe McGavin isn't Amy Busefink and didn't do anything in Nevada. What you want to do is paint with a broad brush and use guilt by association. 'If Busefink was found guilty, and she was a regional head of ACORN, then McGavin must also be guilty of something and therefore... blah, blah, blah.'
Sorry, that's not how we work in America. You must show how McGavin is guilty of something in order to punish him.
Business and ethical government practice would be to avoid giving the wrong impression even if no undesirable behavior is actually committed.
Point being to maintain a sterling reputation. Obviously that is out the window with obama especially...... and both parties in general.
Obama is the poster child for maintaining undesirable associations and disregarding any concern about how he is perceived. He should be a lesson in failure which resulted in dividing the country. His reliance on the media turned propaganda machine to sweep up after him has given him the confidence to act irresponsibly and be oblivious to feedback intended to be a champion of the people.

ACORN is as corrupt as they come in terms of organizations, and i am surprised that anyone defends them.
of course, the liberal leaders of ACORN didn't pay their taxes-even though they are always concerned about the poor, but not enough to pay their taxes due:
According to public records, ACORN and several of its affiliates owe what amounts to millions of dollars in unpaid taxes. Though several of their tax liens, which are only issued after several attempts have been made to collect the debt, have been released, ACORN itself has at least three liens currently: two owed to the IRS for $547,312 and $132,997, as well as another concerning property they own in California for $33,978. ACORN Community Labor Organizing and SEIU owe $306,407 and $50,000 to the IRS, respectively.
In July of 2008, the New York Times reported that Dale Rathke, ACORN's chief financial officer and brother of co-founder and (at the time) chief organizer Wade Rathke, had embezzled $948,000 from the group as of 2000.
Further investigation indicated that ACORN executives, including Wade, had opted to sign a restitution agreement and have Dave pay back the money in annual increments of $30,000 rather than inform the police, government authorities or even the board members of the infraction. ACORN national president Maude Hurd and Wade Rathke have explained their conduct as being based in concern for the organization as a whole, not, according to Rathke himself, to protect his brother. Both Wade and Dale resigned their positions at ACORN soon after the story broke.
web of deception had the documents posted previously, but i don't know if they are still there.
that's looted taxpayer money by the way, and it should have been clawed back-but clawbacks don't seem to be the way this administration works when dealing with misappropriated funds.
