In the wake of Obama's plan to allow 800,000 illegals to stay here quasi legally, Romney had the chance to condemn the policy and say if he was president he would reverse the President's decision.
Romney said that Obama's executive order could be reversed by subsequent President's, which is true. However, he did not say that he would do it. So I guess he agrees with Obama's decision.
I disagree with Obama's decision and if I were President I would certainly reverse it and I am liberal on most things. Why is so hard for Romney to say that?
Romney wont condemn it because it would require taking a firm stand and he also wont reverse it (if elected) because the crony corps who benefit will keep him in $$$
Obama and Romney are both morally bankrupt cartoon characters.
cautious move but nor really smart. This just cements the image of a spineless flip flopper
If Romney wants to drum up the base he needs to come out and say "Let's deport every god damn Mexican from California to Maine!!""
Kinda like Barack on gay 'marriage'.
The decision certainly needs to be reversed. This was not Obama's decision to make in the first place. He bypassed Congress, and he only did this now because things have not been going well for him. He cant do much but blame others for the economy, so he needed a distraction and needed to excite hispanics.
I still find it sad that hispanics here who are legal and can vote, this is what gets them motivated and makes them happy. Are you Americans or not? Why does circumventing our laws excite you? It shouldnt, and if that is what it takes to get your vote, then I dont want your vote.
Yeah, because we all know Obama has never flip flopped on anything
