Surely those words fit what was done today in the House committee. It looks to me like the words of back then that fit so well today seem to be getting the Dems deeper and deeper in the hole. Kind of like the words of Obama about Bush and people back in 2007. Maybe it is time to stop letting these things get the best of the Dems.
Difference IS, that BOTH the White House and AG Holder attempted to work out a compromise and negotiate with Issa's committee. Unlike Republicans and Turd Blossom who ignored and didn't even respond to subpoena's or letters to appear.

Surely those actions and "words" between the two ARE NOT even within the same universe.

Holder didn't prove very trustworthy after writing letters and then retracting them. He offered a briefing to answer their questions with no documents. Only a fool would make such a deal. Holder has lied to Congress. Would a common citizen such as Roger Clemmons get to walk away from that?

Default Oh Nancy P. of very short memory......

Nancy was never censured for her claims against the CIA.

GOP congressman asks for probe of Pelosi-CIA charge - CNN

Quote:
A Republican congressman Wednesday asked the head of the FBI to investigate allegations that the CIA lied to Congress about the Bush administration's use of "alternative" interrogation techniques on suspected terrorists.

Rep. Darrell Issa, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, asked FBI director Robert Mueller whether the bureau was investigating that allegation and whether he could request a probe as a member of Congress. He said the claim, leveled last week by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, left him doubting whether "I can believe in the briefings I am receiving" from intelligence agencies.

well, that doesn't speak well for her, does it?

she is just too clueless to understand what she said.
Then she failed the American people. No shock there. Why would she allow this to go on under her reign? Worthless is all she is.

She is another that truly deserves a prison sentence, but we'll have to settle for Holder.

Here's what rove had to say about it. Pretty funny stuff...........

"“She’s dead wrong… It’s nice to know Speaker Pelosi wanted to have me arrested. It’s nice to know she thinks she had the power to. But, we’re still a nation of laws and she had no authority to do so and had she attempted to arrest me on any of the number of times that I was in and out of Capitol without a resolution passed by the entire House of Representatives she would have been up the proverbial creek without the proverbial paddle. She sounds a little bit like Inspector Clouseau and a little like the Mad Red Queen.”

I'm sure you can provide us with something other than your opinion to back up your comments.
Right?

Right?
No. That's why we'll have to settle for jailing Holder, but if time and cost were no object, I'm confident she could be found guilty of misuse of government funds.
