I sometimes get frustrated while driving, but man, I just don't get this kind of road-rage:
"Enraged by Mr DelValle's unsuccessful pass of his illegally parked Chrysler Sebring, accused owner Joey Scott, 30, confronted him behind the bus according to Carolyn Daly, a spokeswoman for the school bus company speaking to the New York Post. "Are you going to leave after hitting my car?"' he allegedly asked Mr Delvalle according to a witness speaking to the Post.
That witness said the bus driver wanted to call police but the car's owner punched him first instead.
The attack caught on CC-TV shows the two standing behind the school bus right before Mr DelValle is sharply knocked to the ground."
That' s horrid. I hope they lock Joey Scott up for life. This isn't even road rage; this is pure criminal behavior. Punching somebody about a mirror
I also feel bad for the two kids who had to witness this; what a horrible memory to grow up with.

The poor daughter as well. Her comment about watching the video of her father's murder over and over is just horrible.
The driver of a pickup--Hickerson--was drunk as was his passenger. A woman driving a Subaru honked at them when they were drifting over into her lane. So the pickup hits the Subaru presumably on purpose.
"[Hickerson] then stopped the truck near the Waterview Avenue exit, forcing traffic to come a halt. He and his passenger, Dylan Louis Mangini, 22, got out of the truck, approached the Subaru, which was behind them, and struck the car with their fists and knees, police said. Two men in a Pontiac GTO stopped to assist the Subaru's driver, who had called police. When the Pontiac left the scene, Hickerson and Mangini returned to the truck and drove after the car, crossing the line into Baltimore County. Hickerson then drove into the rear end of the Pontiac and also struck the car's passenger side, causing it to spin off the highway, police said. Hickerson then lost control of the truck, crossed the median and overturned several times on the northbound side of the highway, police said. The truck landed on the hood of a Honda Civic and Hickerson was ejected from the truck, police said."
So if the bus driver had a cancelled carry permit and defended himself, would Bloomberg have had him arrested for 2nd degree muder. [does NYC even allow permits or are NYC residents at the mercy of street thugs?]
