Justice Department won't pursue case against Holder - First Read

What a surprise this is. Holder has decided not to go after himself.

Can you give us a name of anybody whatsoever that would expect that? No Admin in the history of the US would send the DOJ to prosecute it's own. That's absurd. This is a Congressional action, Congress will conduct the investigation and pursue it in court. The quip in your source even states this is a longstanding tradition,

I swear right wingers make themselves look so foolish in their attempts to make the President seem worse than he already is.

Stop exaggerating and gain some credibility.

Would you say the same about any other law enforcement "not proscuting" it's own? A crime's a crime. The folks that are refusing to "go after" Holder work for us, the American people, not Holder or Obama.

No mention of Karl Rove's 3 refusals to respond to subpoenas from Congress.
Hmmm, partisanship perhaps?

I would say politics as usual. Both party's are the same wolf. They simply use different rhetoric to attain the same goals.
Look at the posts from the party hardliners on this forum. identical

Yes, you are the epitome of it.

This is completely and totally expected. And, if it was a Republican White House, the same would hold true.

That does not mean, however, that Holder is out of trouble. Far from it.

No surprise. Now Congress will petition a Federal Judge for a civil order to force Holder to comply. That's how all this circus works. Federal Judge's are appointed for life. Nothing will come of this, and theirs a Border Patrol Agent murdered whose family will never get the answers they deserve.

1. I'm not a right winger.
2. I only stated a fact. "He won't go after himself" (<<exaggerating?) and you reacted with a full paragraph diatribe about this statement. Who's credibility is shot?
3. My credibility doesn't rest with someone who has a history of partisan bias and like-minded pandering.
4. Swearing isn't healthy

Normally you don't want someone investigating their own.

This is one Branch of Gvt taking on another Branch of Gvt.

Nobody in their right mind would expect the Executive to prosecute itself over a Legislative action.
