I'm very fair. I also blame voters dumb enough to put folks like Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer in the Senate.

Wow. Thanks for the Michale Moore-esque use of skewed statistics.

First of all Obama started in 2009 not 2008. Second NO president can have an appreciable affect in anything less than 6 months on any numbers like unemployment.
Lets tackle this list anyway.
Unemployed Americans: 2008 - 12 million 2012 - 13.1 million CHANGE 1.1 million new unemployed.
Unemplyment Rate: 2008 - 7.8% 2012 - 8.5% CHANGE 9% increase
Food Stamp Recipients 2008 - 32M 2012 - 46M CHANGE 45% increase
Americans in Poverty 2008 - 39.8M 2012 - 46.2M CHANGE 6.4M increase
Home Values 2008 - $169,700 2012 - $147,800 CHANGE 13% decrease

Do you HONESTLY believe that the economy crash of fall 2008 had nothing to do with this? If you actually do, then you should probably not be allowed outside without supervision, much less qualified to vote.

Gas Prices: 2008 - $1.85 2012 - $3.39 CHANGE 83% increase. Interesting cherry pick there. That would be the price around the mid/ late Dec 2008 oil price low. Just 5 months previous with oil at $145 gas was well over $4. BOTH PRICES HAPPENED UNDER BUSH

Federal Debt: 2008 - $10.6T 2012 - $15.2T CHANGE 43% increase.
Debt per person 2008 - $34,731 2012 - $48,699 CHANGE $13,968 increase (same thing)
CONGRATULATIONS you just found one that Obama actually bears a substantial part of the blame for!

Misery Index 2008 - 7.8 2012 - 11.9 CHANGE 53% increase Based on deliverate skewing of statistics.

College Tuition 2008 - $6,591 2012 - $8,244 CHANGE 25% increase. Been going on for years. This is one area noone is willing to tackle AND IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. Im beginning to be a BIG fan of the UDACITY.COM model combined with: Imagine if every CC in the US held the tests for Udacity classes in a secured real test manner. Imagine a business class by Alan Mulally, a physics class by a real rocket scientist... anyway I digress. Most of my best college profs were not professors, they were professionals with jobs in the private sector. I still remember my labor law class well... taught by a labor lawyer for a fortune 500 company because he actually wanted to teach.

Worker Health
Insurance Costs 2008 - $3,354 2012 - $4,129 CHANGE 23% increase. Been going on for years. Noone of either party will actually tackle this as involves POing just about every contributor of both sides.

U.S. Global Competitiveness 2008 - 1st 2012 - 5th CHANGE Down 4 places
?? no idea what this statistic is actually based on.

I think people in this country are dumber than they were 4 years ago, but there's nothing the president can do about that.
