Nope. They're more than happy to use the heck out of the Federal government if it's for something THEY want. They flip out about 'liberals' wanting bigger government but when the Republicans try to use it to further their causes it's for the 'good of the people'. Right

I saw "contributing factor", not "classify" regarding this topic.

Where did it classify single parenthood as abuse ?
