Why is it that their are no black democrats representing majority white areas? By contrast, their are two black Republicans,Allen West and Tim Scott, representing majority white districts in the house. All the black Democrats seem to represent racially gerrymandered districts.

Why did Ms. Clinton do so poorly with black voters in 2008?

Okay. I did your House of Representatives research for you. Not surprisingly, your claim that there are no black Democrats representing majority white districts was false. Here is a list of current black Democrats representing majority white districts:
Furthermore Mel Watt and Barbara Lee represent districts where no race makes up 50% or more of the district, but where whites are the largest racial group.
Also, Julia Carson represented a majority white district until she did in office a few years back.

4 out of how many? Not very impressive. I'd also add that in the case of those members blacks are the predominant base of the Democrat electorate, except for Keith Ellison.

Still much, much more impressive than the Republicans, right? 4 (or 6 if you include Lee and Watt) is more than 2.
Not to mention here's the stats on black people in congress post reconstruction:
6 Republicans
99 Democrats
I'll I'm seeing here is that Republicans rarely vote for black people.
