North Korea has no universal health care.
It would be a stretch to refer to North Korea as less socialistic than Oz or Canada, though...
Looks like they are caught between a rock and a hard place if they are thinking of moving elsewhere to practice medicine because Obamacare is a socialist program.they'll find out real quick the rest of the countries of the world already think enough of their citizens to offer universal healthcare for them,
America? nah gotta make all the money,those that cant afford ever increasing healthcare costs fall into the realms of lazy bums and welfare usurpers,veritable socialists who are just in it for free entitlements.
Maybe some of those doctors should walk a mile in the shoes of many who have fallen on hard times they might get a different perspective on how good they have it..

Talk is cheap, what they say and actually do, is another topic another day. I heard Doctors being interviewed saying that they were going to open up their own private practices. But even at that, how would this help them.
