So far you have mentioned trials and homicide rates as reasons why you think organized law enforcement is neccesary. What do police have to do with trials? Trials occur when someone is charged with a crime - and pleads not guilty. Police have nothing to do with a trial - they involve the defendant - attorneys for the prosecution and defense - a jury - and a judge.

Explain what effect organized law enforcement has on homicide - in your opinion?

In that case - cops are the biggest interferers with law, order, and safety.

I have said this all along - organized law enforcement makes a community dangerous.

Do you also want a law prohibiting bad attitudes?

Excellent idea! Let us all know how that works out for you. Hopefully your head doesn't resemble a canoe by that time.

Thats the problem. I will offer a penalty suggestion for disrespect.....confiscation of drivers license for 3 years at the discretion of the officer with an explanation.

If there is no drivers license....removal from any educational institution for 6 months with heavy labor at the discretion of city garbage removal and sorting facilities management..... without compensation save a baloney sandwich less any toppings, or milk.

You want to give officers the rights to (at their discretion) penalize you?...they already do....sometimes in not so nice ways...not all cops are good...there's bad apples in the barrel...they should be there to "serve and Protect"...not take and harass....

Ramos said to Thomas "See these fists? They are getting ready to (mess) you up."

Can any of you cop worshippers call that anything but a bad attitude - especially in the light that Ramos proceeded to do exactly that - killed Thomas - and is now charged with murder?

Society is out of control with attitude. The only way to change that....is to change otherwise nothing will change....these are facts in life that no one person made up.
