I went to a private school and we had the best test scores in the state and the teacher's were not unionized. I don't understand why more parents don't send their children to private schools.
Maybe very few parents can afford private school. Could that have anything to do with it?
Nice shot at changing the thread topic from what the OP intended. You surely did do must what Frank D. said you would though. Deflection is the favorite game of you people.
So mentioning union members is deflection in a thread about union leaders? You've outdone yourself this time.

The topic was teacher union leaders' pay and you took off talking about labor unions. I really don't think I missed at all, but then I once belonged to the NEA till I wised up to what they were doing in politics back in the middle 70s. Where were you back then?

I took off talking about teachers unions in a thread about teachers union leaders pay. I'm inclined to think that your post is trolling

The U.S. has not always had public schools. It certainly was not the case at the time of the founding fathers. Why should I have to pay for everyone else's education?
