FDR's New deal and the liberal policies...are FASCISM

FDR adviser Rexford Guy Tugwell said of Italian fascism: “It's the cleanest, neatest, most efficiently operating piece of social machinery I've ever seen. It makes me envious.”

New Republic editor George Soule, who avidly supported FDR, noted approvingly that the Roosevelt administration was “trying out the economics of fascism.”

todays liberals are the progressives..the socialist or fascist marxist

"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of 'liberalism,' they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

- Norman Thomas, former U.S. Socialist Presidential Candidate

Zbigniew Brzezinski advisor to carter, bush1,clinton, cheney and obama.....""This is a form of Socialism known as fascism, and it will be the type of world government the power elite plans ultimately to bring about and control. In this government, the power elite will control politicians who will become government leaders who will promulgate laws, rules and regulations favorable to certain transnational corporations"""

As an ardent admirer of Marx, Benito Mussolini (1883-1945) called his version of Marxist socialism "Fascism" Instead of nationalization--government ownership--of private business, Mussolini advocated government control of business via complete bureaucratic regulation.

""Fascism is a system in which the government leaves nominal ownership of the means of production in the hands of private individuals but exercises control by means of regulatory legislation and reaps most of the profit by means of heavy taxation. In effect, fascism is simply a more subtle form of government ownership than is socialism."" Mussolini

In a laudatory review of Roosevelt's 1933 book Looking Forward, Mussolini wrote, "Reminiscent of Fascism is the principle that the state no longer leaves the economy to its own devices.… Without question, the mood accompanying this sea change resembles that of Fascism."

hitler came into power as the candidate of 'hope and change',, his plans slowly moved from being helpful to dreadful..........

simple things like 'nationalizing' corporations, removing the guns from the people,,blame the jews (or the modern version 'the zionists'),,duty of the state(government) to PROVIDE for the people,,division of profits (redistribution of wealth), nationalized health care, ,,,, DO THESE SOUND FAMILIAR, YES THE ARE THE TALKING POINTS OF THE DNC AND MOVEON.ORG....THEY ARE ALSO PART OF HITLERS 25 POINTS

60% of america supported the nasi movement in the 20's and 30's...to include ford, gm, chrysley, dow, dupont, etc

and considering that the Nasi's were PROGRESSIVES..which is what the AMERICAN LIBERALS of today are

look at the progressive liberal program of eugentics

---------------------

lenin also said this...."A system of licensing and registration is the perfect device to deny gun ownership to the people"

"Gun registration is not enough. Waiting periods are only a step. Registration is only a step. The prohibition of private firearms is the goal." Janet Reno

"This year will go down in history. For the first time,
a civilised nation has full gun registration!
Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient,
and the world will follow our lead into the future!" Adolf Hitler

"National Socialism will use its own revolution for establishing a new world order." ...hitler

"If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the government's ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees." bill clinton

"A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and finally the last stage -- the political paradise of communism." Saul alinski

the history is there, just because you dont like that people like mussilini and hitler tarnished the name of progressives, with Eugenics, population control, economic fascism, etc.... doesnt mean it didnt happen....

marxism, socialism, communism, fascism, progressivism, liberalism...all part of the same family

"If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the government's ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees." bill clinton

Before you go maligning one of my ancestors.....the guy was an avowed isolationist wanting nothing to do with Europes wars.

He fled to Europe in 1935 after the kidnapping death of his son and the huge public hysteria such that they had no privacy.

He was invited to tour Germany since Herman Goering was a huge Lindberg fan (as was most of the world). He actually warned western powers about the advances in the Nazi aircraft (he basically acted as a spy and was encouraged to go check out all the new German aircraft and even those in development.)

Once the war broke out, he became involved in the war effort and went on to advise and take part in combat missions in the pacific.

You cannot monday morning QB people's wanting to stay out of WW2 so quickly on the heels of WW1. It was just shaping up to be another grinding European war and especially the US was stunned at how quickly europe was pummeled by Germany.

Are you aware that he was enamored with the Nazi's because of his love of eugenics but when he went to Germany during the war and saw all the death that it caused he changed his mind about it? Just saw that on Dark Matters.

Oh it's easy to explain- It was popular back then to adore the Nazis....Prescott cuts some deals...arranges for Germany to have a nice supply of ammo and weapons....He makes a fortune...gets a small fine from the government for trading with the bad guys...Prescott takes that money....continues to accumulate more- In the mean time Germans start killing Americans using supplies sold by Prescott....Prescott takes that money and installs not one but two family members as President.

Literally using wealth gained by killing Americans to later have rule over Americans...real nice guy.

Yes. There are aspects of eugenics that still exist today, it's a somewhat broad field. The british also were big believers in "breeding" as was most of the rest of Europe.

It's one of those "on paper" type ideals and it's concept was widespread, not just in Germany.

Obviously seeing where Germany took the concept would expose it's sinister side.

Hitler caught a lot of people off-guard and I have little doubt that Limbergh like most white males from that era had racist beliefs.

I'm merely stating that trying to attach someone to the Nazi's because of an early association despite the fact that they later actually fought the axis personally needs describing fully.

Like you mentioned, it's not like he was helping shove undesirables into the ovens at auschwitz.
