I think we went to the moon. But, I find it amazing we went there in 1969, when we barely even had computers, but can't go there today, nearly half a century later.
That to me is the true test. If the original moon landings were legit, it should be very easy and cheap to pull out the old plans and specs and build a new rocket/landing craft based on the same 1960s technology.
If the Apollo program was such a rousing success, why does NASA think that it would take a completely reengineered and brand new design to get to the moon a second time? Is it because they know that the original tin cans were never designed to actually go anywhere that didn't involve being loaded in the back of a truck first?
You mean the Chinese govt, the japanese, the Russians or the United States?
It's been confirmed by numerous other nations, many of which had somewhat hostile relations with us (USSR during cold war?). So either this is the greatest conspiracy of all time involving tens of thousands of people and numerous foreign governments or wait for it....we really landed there.
Remember, we couldn't even keep our nuke technology secret, wikileaks, etc etc etc....yet somehow we have kept the fake moon landings secret for 40 years and the Russians, Chinese and most of the other major world powers are in on it with us. LOL.
This doesn't seem too hard to do. If the Illuminati think its in their benefit for the rest of us to think we went to the moon, their puppet regimes in Japan, USSR, and China would fall in line. As for the debris left behind that can be seen today, that could have been planted there by unmanned vehicles. How many "top secret" payloads did the shuttle take up?

Well the Moon has 1/10th the Gravity of Earth and blast from LEM taking off blew it over so if you want to debunk a Conspiracy involving Space Exploration you should learn about it first.
I mean you should learn about Space Exploration since you will then be able to argue your point and use some info based in facts.
As for this moon landing, it still hasn't peaked my interest, so I am done with this thread.

Let private do it, or some other country spend their money and resources to feed your curiosity. GuynTexas has just eaten your lunch! Why do people like you spend so much of your time trying to debunk the conspiracies, considering yourselves superior in your ignorance, instead of attempting to find the truth?
Lastly, the little bit of references that I did look at, said the moon has roughly 1/6th the gravity that we do, so you wouldn't require that much of a blast to send you into orbit. I am thinking out loud, without knowing or caring about any of this stuff - some of us do that, and it's not against the law yet.

and 9/11 and Obama's lack of eligibility and who shot JFK etc., some lies persist, but that doesn't make them any more true.
When I first saw the thread title I thought is was going to be about Shiela Jackson Lee who confused our landing on the moon and the rover landing on mars. She asked if the Rover would be near one of the flags our astronauts planted. I admit the congresswoman from Texas is amusing in a sad way.
