This woman signed a contract, and then violated it because of her racist beliefs. Even in the private world that is a no no.
When you are a business open to the public, it is no longer a private matter.

the ACLU will not take cases concerning the 2nd Amendment, even though the 2nd is clearly a civil liberty. the SPLC considers any group that is patriotic to be a threat and will not represent them in any way.

it might be a nono, but what she did should not be illegal in private business. let money do the talking, dont have the state and the feds get involved. if private business discriminates, and people just stop patronizing their business, then they will lose out in the money part and go broke.

The ACLU is a First Amendment organization, just as the NRA is a Second Amendment organization. They don't interfere in each other's areas of interest.
