The book was total c**p - I love gossip, but it wasn't even up to Kitty Kelly standards. Caroline is a dilettante and a snob and not the brightest bulb. I actually found it reassuring that Obama was NOT letting Caroline push him around. As was quickly seen in her brief and ill-fated foray into, uh, er, like, um, huh, uh, politics, unfortunately her political IQ is extremely low but her sense of entitlement is absolutely massive.

Hmm, as I recall Caroline Kennedy thought she was going to be Chief of Staff or something, influencing policy and naming (presumably her cousins?) to key posts in the Obama administration. I, um, er, huh, um, er, um, think Obama declined to take the meetings she wanted to have with him (to give him all her expertise on - if I recall correctly - working as a volunteer for the New York City Board of Education).

The poster knows Obama is a liar, but the rationale is that by discrediting CK's book, the poster discredits CK's opinion of Obama. When the useful idiot is no longer useful nor an idiot, they go under the bus.
So anyone who expresses the opinion that Obama is a liar must be discredited? Hmmm. I guess if Caroline had said Obama is the new millenium savior, leading his people out of the desert into the land of (tax underwritten) milk and honey . . . folks would be endorsing the book and patting Carolina Kennedy on the back rather than discrediting her.
In CK's opinion, Obama is a liar. I didnt realize it was necessary to discredit someone's opinion. She certainly has the right to believe whatever she wishes to.
Maybe the sane thing to do is examine why she has formed the opinion that our President is a liar.

This sums it up perfectly. The "Blaze" readership and the right wing extremists don't even know what they're talking about. IT'S NOT "CK's" book. The book is by Ed Klein, NOT Caroline Kennedy.
No clue, no concept, no comprehension. The 3 C's.
The author doesn't even name his source, just that it's a family member. That's a huge family. This supposed member could be a cousin of an ex-wife of a Skakel for all we know.
Ethel is now 84. If she's turning over any tables they should put her on Youtube. Jackie wasn't "apolitical" she supported various candidates and causes through the years. Bobby Jr. punching someone... well, that I could believe as he's a hot head. But never, ever rely on unnamed sources for the "truth". Especially if that "truth" is in any way salacious.
