Fences are a waste of money and everyone knows it. Some cities along the border have discovered up to 100 tunnels under the fence, so if they want to come in, they will come. Half of them come as tourists anyway, so what's the point of fencing the back yard, then the front door is wide open?

No, they aren't. They assist the border patrol to do their jobs more effectively. On an 18 mile sector in San Diego it cut illegal immigration down to a trickle. The problem is that we didn't get the double layered one that we were promised. It didn't get funded by congress. As for tunnels we now have the technologiy to detect them before completion. Only 40% come in on visas. The other 60% just jump the border where there is no fence to stop them. When we have millions entering from our northern border then we can make that an issue. In the meantime most are coming thru our southern border.

How do they know it cut it to a trickle? Because they are not finding any climbing the fence? They don't see them, because they are using the tunnels, some of which operate for years before detection, and by then new ones are already operating. Nogales has 90 tunnels and they were not found until roadways start giving In because of the tunnels underneath. Thru have no idea how many there are still operating.

Why don't you ask the Border Patrol in San Diego? Did you not read what I said about the tunnels? Most of the existing tunnels have been detected and it would be difficult to create new ones.

The border patrol does not agree with your stories. The information I gave you about Nogales is from the border patrol. They are not finding them as easily as you think. I do not believe the BP of San Diego can know about tunnels they dont know a about. Get it? How can anyone claim that "most of existing tunnels have been detected"? How do they know how many there which have not been detected?

This year the president signed Border Tunnel Prevention Act of 2012 into law, which is their only hope to reducing the tunnel networks, and even this act relies on wiretapping. The 90 tunnels I mentioned are in a section of land only 2 miles wide. There are so many of them that sometimes they accidentally intersect. Some of them are 100 feet deep.

To answer the question, yes. He's currently negotiating with China to have an enormous pair of temple garments (more commonly known as magic underwear) fabricated that will stretch across the entire southern border and protect us from evil.
