Well, she can have a thyroid condition, which I mentioned in the other thread.

She could be intersexed?

Rumours abound that she had a sex change, but I believe they were debunked.

And, I think she might suffer having this extra large apple to carry around.

The rumours say transsexual, but I meant also intersexed. Is it rather common, something like 1 of every 1000 births. I attended a few conferences on gender issues (in Philly) and many of the participants were inter-sexed (born with complicated chromosome patterns).

An Adams Apple would be a bit higher, and not as large. It looks more like the poor woman has a tumor or an enlarged thyroid?
