Bascially one would have to look at the law allowing carry and its exceptions.I texas he would not be allow to remian with gun but could vote once he left the gun outside. In fact if sign posted he could be arrsted if foud inside with the gun as its a violation of carry law.

Default Unintended Consequences?

The NBP weren't prosecuted so it would seem AG-Holder's Dept. of Social Justice set the standard for weapons being acceptable at polling places.

I believe it is illegal, by federal law, to carry any weapon into a polling place. But, since Obama's Dept. of Social Justice didn't prosecute the NBP weilding batons and intimidating voters the legal precident may have already been set.

I AM NOT SO SURE THAT IS CORRECT.. caps lock was stuck, but it will get attention ..

The cops carry in polling places so a legal carry citizen should be able.

IMO there is no higher power than a Citizen who was given the 2nd by that higher power over Govt.

A cop is just a lowly Govt revenue collector/enforcer.

I hope he beats their pants off too.....

I see this as nothing more than having the gun grabbers make so many 2nd Anti rulings and We the People taking our Rights Back!

We suffered for 50+ years, and now the Antis will suffer than and more for being so foolish.

More law suits like this one will become common, and until the last gun grabber shuts the F up!

I can tell you from experience that Mississippi state troopers do NOT like to be asked. "How does it feel to have taken all that law enforcement training only to become a tax collector?" They have no sense of humor at all...

Hey, you won't get any arguement on me for that. Just playing devil's advocate.

NH state Troopers are not terribly fond of being told they are high paid welfare recipients much either, but telling them that isn't against the law yet.

Maybe if they ever get real i will to, but until then I figure the private citizen is top dawg and the govt works for Us!

If it doesn't i don't know why I pay these taxes. The Govt can't have it both ways.... here in the USA we got rid of that King peasant thing more than 200 years ago, no matter what the Democrats and Elite think.

I figure if the cops want better they should go private and get paid for what they do instead of beg for what they get. But now here they get plenty, 5 figures nothing less, and lot get more. Not bad for a glorified tax collector.
