A very objective post. Oh, wait, you posted this, too.

Many blacks guys prefer J-LO type butts.

White guys like the real skinny girls.

Were you able to follow that garden? What was it about 8 feet by 8 feet?

I only hope she doesn't speak out in favor of Mother's Day.
You said she didn't have anything to do with policy. I offered some links showing that not to be the case. How is that a "backlash against healthy eating?"

Policy is a course of action. The nation has a public health policy.

If an initiative supported by first lady Michelle Obama was funded - who better to muster support for public health than the first lady? A dancing broccoli?

I think diet tips are always helpful.

I agree with her for once. Counting calories sucks and is so depressing and painful; so is obsessing about your weight: it's just a number describing your relationship with gravity. I dropped 35-40 pounds over the past 2 years, but the BIG thing I'm proud of is dropping 7 inches of waist.

I also started eating 5-6 meals per day as well and have never looked back.

Cokes and sugary drinks is probably contributing as much to obesity as unhealthy eating.

Dr. Pepper is my worst vice. If I quit for 2 weeks I lose 5 pounds.
