Animals are slaves, so why not humans? (wages, legal, death)

Many of us keep pets, or benefit from animal slavery - such as farm produce.
When we have an old dog that gets sick, many of us just take it to the vet to be 'put down'.
When we have a female dog that becomes inconvenient because she wants children, then we get her 'spayed' - ie: destroy her internal organs.
Imagine we did this with humans?
Isn't this what occurs though to many people around the world - ie: get sick and have no money - then you are just left to die.
Can't afford to keep the master happy - then it's off to the sweatshop or factory for slave wages (in the 3rd World at least)
yet many of us benefit from the cheap products whilst turning a blind eye.
wouldn't it just be simpler to reintroduce slavery?
and how about the dog that gets spayed? - in the human case, then the woman who wants inconvenient children will likely have her organs psychologically destroyed by societal consensus.

I agree with the spaying part whole heartedly. Most problems in society can be traced to poor people breeding. Eugenics is an idea whose time came, and never left.
I doubt very much that there is a single animal on my property, who if they could reason, would think they were a slave. LOL
And spaying and neutering is a routine practice around here for the dogs and cats and the boy baby goats get castrated, as well. All done with their health and happiness and well-being in mind. There are not enough loving homes for the dogs and cats that are born every year in this country, and responsible pet owner makes sure their own pets don't contribute to the overpopulation problem. Humans can make the same choice for themselves; it is up to humans to make that decision for their pets.
Euthanizing a dog (or cat or any other animal) when they are suffering due to old age or injury or illness is an act of love, kindness, and compassion. I believe in "death with dignity" for humans, too, and I am glad I live in a state where it is legal.
It officially restricts married, urban couples to having only one child, while allowing exemptions for several cases, including twins, rural couples, ethnic minorities, and parents without any siblings themselves.[2] A spokesperson of the Committee on the One-Child Policy has said that approximately 35.9% of China's population is currently subject to the one-child restriction.

but how can castration be done with happiness and well-being in mind and
do you think a person would be happy to have this done to them?
how about the eunuchs in biblical times - were they castrated for their own joy or for that of their master's?
