This was actually a concession made because Republicans wanted this provision.

Remember how Obama wanted Olympia Snow's vote? He wanted Republicans on board with his plan.

He didn't need Republican support. He may have wanted it, fortunately he failed. Now he and the Democrats own it.

Olympia is job hunting these days.

You surely use publicly funded things, I expect you to stop using them. No more roads, schools or the like. You also live in Alaska and get a check from the oil drilling, I wouldn't believe for a second that you didn't accept it. You talk a big game but don't really follow it.
If I am wrong then how can you support an administration that expects no, forces individuals to purchase health care even if they choose not to? Are you willing to pay for someone else's health care? You obviously are if you support Obamacare because that is exactly what it is.. Another unsustainable ponzi scheme that my great grandchildren will be figuring out how to fund 30 years from now..

As far as Social Security and Medicare.. I do not plan on Medicare or Social Security being part of my security. They are ponzi schemes as well. I would much rather prefer I be allowed to invest my money the way I see fit. Not to support individuals who lack the foresight to save and invest for retirement. I have no choice but to pay into them so I can't stop "using" them. Nobody can.. If I am forced to send my money into a ponzi scheme why would I not take what I can get back out when it's there? In doing so would just further support the liberal mentality that other pay the way for the "less fortunate". Your argument makes no sense.. Stop and think about what your saying before you post.

The check we get from "Drilling" comes from managing our resources properly, taxes on the businesses that use our resources and proper investment of those funds. It's not taken from me and given to my neighbor by our state government because the governments feel it's appropriate for to supplement his "it's take a village" mentality.

Last but certainly not least, your right, I do use public funded "things" and I pay for them. The problem I have with this is why should I pay more for the same amount of use as you or someone else? Dish up a flat national sales tax of 17%, get rid of the progress taxation. Then, you pay the same as I do to use that public toilet, drive that same road and plow the snow from the streets that I use just as much as you.

So, with all that said, everything I just said goes against the liberal mind set so it feel on deaf ears.

You get more back from your taxes that you pay so. Also, what you are saying is that you are a hypocrite. It doesn't matter why, you use government programs that you call "handouts." You can spin it how ever you want but you are having people pay for you. And then you go and vote against it and say how bad it is. If it really is that bad you shouldn't accept. Either don't accept or use them or stop complaining.

So it`s just plain luck that everything in this country is a 100X better than it was when Gomer left office?

You revived a 4 year old thread just to get that Gomer comment in?

Good question. Where is his justification for wanting to ruin America? I'm sure he does justify it in his own mind, but he keeps it a secret from the public. We can only speculate. I believe he's a muslim, and that explains part of it. However, he also appears to be a socialist, which does not equate to Islam? I must admit, I am confused.
