Except it doesn't and there is absolutely no medical evidence that having an abortion either causes or increases the risks for any cancer. Why do Republicans always peddle these complete lies? They're always spouting off with completely unscientific nonsense and think they'll get away with it like no one will bother to fact check their lies.
