The Congressional approval rating is a meaningless number. It was in the teens under Pelosi-Reid, and is still in the teens under Boehner-Reid. (I don't see where it ever got below 10 percent, so add inaccuracy to meaninglessness).

There is your approval rating. Asking people to approve or disapprove of a body that runs the gamut from Jim McDermott to Ron Paul is dumb.
