I must say he did word it as throwing down the gauntlet.
Prove you're not an accomplice....

Anti-Islam Video Protests Live Blog - Al Jazeera Blogs
Iran's top leader has urged the West to show it respects Muslims by blocking the film. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Western leaders must prove they are not "accomplices" in a "big crime".

Khamenei was quoted on state TV as noting that some nations place restrictions on expression, such as banning Nazi-related sites.

Let the Ayatollah first prove he respects humanity.

Otherwise, two words: Pi$$ Off!

Actually I am surprised by the measured response.

**** him! We cannot, and will not be held hostage to every two bit B-movie director who spits out a film or video. Obama needs to tell the freaking world to go shove it, we are not the video police for every idiot with a video camera and an internet connection.

I'm sure Obama and Hilary have another "please don't hate us" apology lined up.

The USA is not one of those nations.

Too late, Obama has already begged Google to take it down. Google declined, but agreed to block access to it in some countries.

Why should any American official dignify this twit by treating him as an authority? He can do whatever he likes in his country, doesn't give him any special status in the world.

Good for Google. If they caved to every two bit nutcase that was "offended" by something that was posted...there would be no youtube. Obama pressuring a private business to stifle free speach should be appalling to every American, and the final nail in his political coffin.

Oh-I-SEE-YOU, When was the first one? Please provide a link. As far as I know there was no "don't hate us" apology. There was no apology for our freedom of speech rights. There was an apology for the stupid person's actions who made that "movie"......because that person DOES NOT SPEAK FOR ALL OF US. Or, does he and his movie speak for YOU? Do you support the message of that "movie"?

Again, do you have a link to the "please don't hate us apology"?
