Pakistanis are demanding blasphemy laws be enacted in the US. Apparently they are unaware that several States already have blasphemy laws still on the books. Massachusetts, Michigan, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Wyoming, and Pennsylvania have laws that make reference to blasphemy. New York used to have a law prohibiting blasphemy, however, the Supreme Court held the law to be unconstitutional in Joseph Burstyn, Inc. v. Wilson, 343 U.S. 495 (1952). The court stated that "It is not the business of government in our nation to suppress real or imagined attacks upon a particular religious doctrine, whether they appear in publications, speeches or motion pictures."

It would be great if someone found a way to soak the flag in some sort of deadly flame-activated toxin.

And when he set the flag on fire, the flag thought, "And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers!"
