Did Ryan really have to spray paint the weight on the barbells? Is that supposed to impress us, ooooh, he can curl 80 lbs.

I am afraid that he was probably beaten up a lot in high school. I feel bad for him for that.

I have to edit my post. I just did a double take on the photo, it looks like there are two plates on each side, that's 160 lbs.

Holy crap!!! This guy curls 160 lbs? Shouldn't he be more buff or ripped? He should have monster arms or be cut like Bruce Lee.

Those are 40 pound dumbbells. Four 10 pound plates on each dumbbell.
