"Everyone's perfect the way that they are, and we shouldn't have to look a certain way"
First statement's just a lie. And the second's inconsistent with the fact that she was more than happy to try the uniform on in the first place. What does she think wearing a uniform's supposed to do, if not get everyone to look a certain way?
There are a lot of guys that would find her very attractive so I do not understand why the place just didn't get a miniskirt to fit. Let the custoners vote with their tips.
Tilted Kilt wants it both ways. They want to discriminate against men and/or unattractive people in their hiring of wait staff but they'll turn around and argue they are not a sexually oriented business when it comes to zoning ordinances.
The town we live in successfully prevented one of these bimbo restaurants "Twin Peaks" from locating in our city limits.
The owner was told we didn't see his restaurant as setting a good example for our daughters. He hires girls who earn a living being ogled at by 40 year old losers.
This is how the free market works. Instead of bitching, don't spend money there. If enough of your fellow townies see things the way you do, the place won't last anyway.
I'm certain there's a sleazy Ambulance Chaser out there just waiting to take her case.
Guaranteed! I wouldn't be surprised if she was 'advised' by said ambulance chaser in a scheme for them both to earn little payoff. I would hope a judge sees though this.
There are really only 2 solutions:

2) Go work at Lane Bryant

A hot guy in a kilt is a wonderful thing. Especially when they toss the caber.
