Obviously, you'd prefer eternal war.
Why don't you enlist and go fight if you such warmongers.

Er, or is that chicken-hawks.

I would just prefer not having an idiot. I am ok with someone who is not a war monger...even by your definition... what I am not OK wiht is an idiot. John Kerry is an idiot.

Because he betrayed the military when he went before congress to lie about what he saw and did.

Oh, please. Soiled the reputation of Vietnam vets?

I suppose that's why thousands and thousands of people (who weren't even alive during Vietnam) visit the Wall every year and leave with tears in their eyes. They see all the names and think "evil soldiers".

Though I am learning that service to our country during Vietnam is honored, by some, only if the vet is right wing. Hmmm.. Lotta Obama voters got a free lunch from Applebees yesterday. I wonder if Applebees would have said, "No hamburger for you!" if they knew party affiliation. Let us hope not. I'd like to think most people understand Vets fought for everyone's right to a political viewpoint. Including their own.

I am continuously amused by the ratings of children that have never been near a combat zone. They are so heroic in their condemnation of a man that went there and did that and later realized the entire thing was a contrived welfare program for our military suppliers and financiers. I love to listen to their contrivances.

FWIW - I spent some time on both Swift Boats and a PBR's while I was serving in the Riverine Forces during 1966 and 1967. We killed Charlie and Charlie killed us. You really should have been there. It was an interesting time.

What turned me around was realizing the Nuyen Kao Kai, the VP, had flown and fought in the FRENCH air force. Now there is a TRAITOR to his country.

I think this administration should let Mr. Kerry stay in the Senate and place a State Department pro in the job of Sec. of State. Keeping Scott Brown out of the Senate is more important than giving Kerry the job.

I suggest we remove ourselves and our military from the Middle East and concentrate on Central and South America starting with normalizing our relations with Cuba. We would be far better off if Brazil was our principal source of consumer goods instead of China
