The church seems to care more about keeping gay americans from marrying than providing for people in poverty these days.

Yes. It is small. I've seen the archaeological evidence for it and I'm not impressed. In any event, the catholic church departed from the faith a long time ago. They certainly have not stayed true to Christianity.

Your church doesn't have to recognize gays. There are thousands that will. Most gays don't want anything to do with the hateful, ignorant Churches so they wouldn't bother to go to those anyway.

Certainly you are aware that some heterosexuals engage in anal sex and that some homosexuals do not engage in anal sex. You know this, right? For someone who obviously thinks in detail about anal sex, you'd have to know this.
