Let's just take a step back. Why do you think we have roads everywhere? Why are there things such as zoning and ordinances that prevent you from doing whatever you want with your land? Voluntary is certainly relative, especially where you draw your lines.

Local communities will be no different, your vote will still count the same.

People also need to realize that 4 out of 5 people live in urban areas now, meaning as classified by the US Census as non rural and including suburban areas. Therefore, the direction reflects that.
I am aware of how the model has progressed. Yes, but changes in those, that you don't get say-so in are indeed a problem imo. Unelected officials administrating and making deals that affect you are of a concern to me wherever they show up.

What you are able to do with your own property is also a concern. AG21 lays out concepts that are of particular concern. Private property is certainly one of those.

I don't see fear. I see people concerned, becoming aware and taking action. I have no problem with that.

People are much easier to control when they are stacked n packed. The plan is being implemented, sustainable is a lie. You will be more dependent on the system than ever in your Smart City, and that system has little motivation to sustain you, if you're not useful to them. Kissinger called you 'useless eaters'. They aren't going to concern themselves with your comfort or nourishment.

The money is being stolen from rural and siphoned into the cities. Mega corps will control what you will eat, how much water you're rationed, your transportation, what job you will be assigned to, and how many children you're allowed per unit. This is not Smart, this is Stupid planning for an enslaved people. It's called Communitarianism. Communities over individuals, they will make decisions for you (that's slavery)

The following restrictions are happening now, if you are paying attention.

Grants are being made to programs that are favorable to this agenda, permits and approvals are witheld from those that aren't. Public/Private partnerships means sharing the profits among companies, foundations, conservatorships, investors etc. When they control everything you do, you will pay dearly in loss of freedom and impoverishment.
They are the ones fear-mongering, by telling you the earth cannot sustain your independence any longer -you must become subservient to the elite masters, for the common good. That's what Communism is, servants and the masters, who own you.

Cornerstones of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development are Economy, Ecology, and Social Equity.

Economic collapse creates a chain of events, but on a micro level (county, city) there is a marked reduction in revenue for maintenance of services. Loss of services to outlying areas means, for example, roads not being maintained to rural and suburban areas. Roads not being maintained to those areas, schools not being supported in those areas, law enforcement/fire/social services not being supported in those areas means a gradual movement into the denser city centers. Add to that the increased cost of gasoline (manipulated), and the higher cost of energy (manipulated) to heat and cool statistically larger homes, and you have more pressure to leave rural and suburban areas. Reduction of energy usage is key. Smart Growth/New Urbanism in Redevelopment Areas is the supposed answer: smaller units, attached condos, little or no parking, few private cars. More eyes on the street. Redevelopment projects are the implementation arm of the UN plan, and include rezoning of huge sections of your cities to Smart Growth zones. This physical manifestation of UN Agenda 21 is social engineering paid for with your property tax dollars.

In addition to these factors, ecologically motivated regulation makes rural/suburban development prohibitive. From stream/creek/ditch protection to watershed protection, to bayland/inland/rural corridor prohibitions, to increased species protection (lists are growing), the use of land is greatly limited. Water well monitoring and loss of water rights reduce the opportunity for living outside of cities. Wildlands programs that prohibit roads and trails into rural areas while supposedly protecting them with conservation easements increase the loss of our food source independence. The sale of development rights to Agricultural Land Trusts that restrict farmers and ranchers from using their lands and therefore make it impossible to farm for more than one more generation, endanger our ability to feed ourselves.

Add to this the pressure from ICLEI Climate Protection Campaigns to reduce our energy usage to pre-1985 levels, and increased regulations on industry and you have the perfect storm for loss of jobs and greater dependence on other countries for goods. As the population becomes more and more urbanized and less able to provide food or necessary products, more people are dependent on the government for housing, food, and other basic necessities. Government itself becomes dependent on grants and loans with requirements attached. In this way policy-makers are influenced and pressured by the corporatocracy. Public/private partnerships favor some businesses over others and completely unbalance the playing field. Independent businesses go bankrupt. Poverty works its way into the middle class.

This is UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

Communitarianism is the 'balancing' or subsuming of individual rights below the needs of the 'community.' The community is defined now as the global village. So anything identified as serving the global village takes precedence over the rights of the individual. In the United States, our constitution guarantees our rights to life and liberty. Ownership of property includes that of our own persons.

I think we really have to question the whole idea of what public really is in practice and what your idea of it is. Yeah, much money is coming in through federal incentives. Just like the voting machine mess. That all came down via federal directives and federal money.

Also, the reason I included this link was it explained how Master Plans work at the local level. We are talking about municipal corps. The fact that the GFAO specifically mentions AG21 as part of their Best Practices should help people understand the significance.
Agenda 21 and Redistribution of wealth. Our Wealth!!!

Focusing on whether you think it is different from what the current trends have been seem irrelevant, but rather whether you are happy with what occurs or have say-so.

Rosa was or is a forensic real estate examiner, I believe , for her state. She stumbled on this whole plan in the course of her job, realizing that as it was being implemented individuals were no longer able to do things with their so-called own property.
Not understanding that or not being concerned about that is likely not going to be resolved unless someone chooses to do so. Sometimes people simply don't care about such things ever or until they rain on their own little parade.

The Master Plan is important in local AG21 implementations.

The links you provided refer to someone who didn't pay their sewer bill and had their homes put up for auction, if you don't pay your taxes what would you expect..

What exactly did Rosa stumble upon, the Agenda 21 guidelines are published so what are you referring to.

Agenda 21 is a philosophy adopted by the UN, it is unenforceable unless you have examples.

The city of Youngstown has a rather famous "master plan" called Youngstown 2010. City of Youngstown, Ohio - About Youngstown - Youngstown 2010 - About Youngstown 2010 - The Plan The plan was generated with the input from a number of well attended public meetings. The next step in the process (which has been on hold for several years, because the city planner quit, and the city has taken their time replacing them) is to create smaller plans for each neighborhood, that fit into the larger plan. Again, these neighborhood plans will be generated with input from that neighborhood's residents at public meetings.

Yep, and all those residents will know beans about the significance and impact of the plans. They'll be well intentioned but misinformed, much like you. Most people don't know what it is, much less understand it.

thanks I missed that post, how cruel these people are. Power is in usury and debt. Even the term Master Plan is creepy, plan of the Masters.

When you have people like Zbigniew Brzenski being your liason to Muslim radicals, and someone who hates America to the core(not to mention his daughter works on the Joe morning show), That's Agenda 21 in motion right in front of your eyes. This country has been infiltrated and usurped already. now they are just toying with our Constitution and Bill of Rights just to see how many of us they can kill off.

Unenforceable, don't be ridiculous, we've signed onto this. Obama himself has created a rural council. Pay attention or quit posting nonsense, because you have no clue what is going on. More likely, you are an agent of misinformation, to keep the populace ignorant and passive, while this is implemented.
