Another ridiculous thread.
I notice your weren't complaining when Black Americans voted overwhelmingly for:
John F. Kennedy
Lydon Johnson
Hubert Humphrey
George McGovern
Jimmy Carter
Walter Mondale
Micheal Dukkakas
Bill Clinton
or John Kerry
The bottom line is since the Civil Rights Movement the Democrat Party has been at the forefront of protecting the civil rights and expanding economic opportunity for Black Americans. As long as that's the case they will have the support of significant number of Black Americans.
In the meantime the Republican Party has been at the forefront of attempting to restrict economic and political opportunities for for Black Americans and appealing to bigotry among White Americans to form the basis of their nation political strategy.
If you are an American that believes that all Americans should have equal rights and no American should be denied rights or opportunity based on race, gender, national origin, or sexual orientation then you are likely to support the Democratic Party.
If you are an American that beliefs that at its' heart that America is a White Christian country and all other people should take one step back and that White males should be the dominant political, social and economic group in America then chances are you support the Republican Party.
At the end of the day this is way politics in present day America boils down to.
