Surely you jest. They may raise children (I am very sorry to say), but they cannot have children in a biological sense. That's not how it works. Two lesbians cannot give birth to a child.
The poster said "have" children - not conceive them in the biological sense.

Two lesbians can give birth to a child. Two lesbians can't fertilize an egg.
However, the women can and do have children. Couples, whether same sex or heterosexual, can have fertility issues, and the medical community has developed ways to address those fertility issues.
You're right. It has to do with hospitality. A divine commandment under Jewish law, one in which breaking brings about God's judgment.

I gave birth, and my partner also gave birth. We used the same methods that many heterosexual couples use.
I got pregnant, and gave birth to two of our three children, so they ARE my biological children.
Right, and your partner is not their father, in a biological sense, no matter how butch she might be (or not). So the "couple" did not have the kids.
