Actually, the US Constitution wasn't designed for personal definitions. It was designed to be a framework, to govern the nation, over time, adapting. Heck, how many amendments are you aware of? One, at least?
Adapting or becoming a cancer??
Potato, po tah toe
Nice red herring by the way....(I'm sure Historian will appreciate a REAL one)
Adapting to the times, knowing there is no free lunch. Adaptation isn't tied to cancer. I can't speak for all, but most of us have obviously adapted since apes ruled the planet.
No. They were run by elected representatives. Do we need to give you a primer on representative government now?
What?
Please tell me an "elected representative" is NOT what a delegate is....
On top of that.... please tell me why I should even continue responding to you when you have jabbed about my ignorance, but, not only have you called the kettle black... you have stabbed it for being black.

The electoral college elects the President. It has nothing to do with ratification of the Constitution.
Electoral college is comprised of elected officials...it represents how the "people" are heard....if you split the atom any further you would be recruited by Ahmadinejad

There has never been an inclusive direct democracy in all of human history.

Even if what you said were true... how does that fly in the face of the fact you were wrong???
"The voice of the people" is a misnomer.
