No. He said that the preamble to the Constitution was generic, and it aspires explicitly to create a "more perfect union," not a perfect one.

Please... breath, read and think before committing fingers to keyboard.

And in the above post he continues with saying the Constitution is a "framework"

is that or is it not synonymous with generic???

Adapting to the times, knowing there is no free lunch. Adaptation isn't tied to cancer. I can't speak for all, but most of us have obviously adapted since apes ruled the planet.

No. They were run by elected representatives. Do we need to give you a primer on representative government now?

The electoral college elects the President. It has nothing to do with ratification of the Constitution.

What?

Please tell me an "elected representative" is NOT what a delegate is....

On top of that.... please tell me why I should even continue responding to you when you have jabbed about my ignorance, but, not only have you called the kettle black... you have stabbed it for being black.

Electoral college is comprised of elected officials...it represents how the "people" are heard....if you split the atom any further you would be recruited by Ahmadinejad

Tell that to Lief Erickson....and you've obviously never been to Ancient Athens...

Even if what you said were true... how does that fly in the face of the fact you were wrong???

"The voice of the people" is a misnomer.
