actually arpaio's official website, the maricopa county sheriff's office website MCSO.org: Home , has never made any mention of the birther investigation.
the "cold case posse" are an all volunteer non-law enforcement entity. arpaio has yet to make this an official MCSO investigation.
Let's just admit it the reason that there is so much hatred directed at Arpaio is because of the ethnocentric racists that just can't stand having our immigration laws enforced against their amigos. That really is the bottom line, isn't it? Come on be honest if the shoe fits......
