I was watching this video today and wondered why is it that so much of our food supply in this country is consistently contaminated ? Why do we have so many recalls and after watching this video I found it interesting, also after watching this video I found it a better idea that as a meat eater or even a plant eater it would be best to go to smaller butcher shops/local farmer markets where the chance of having better regulations and safer ways of preparing meat/dairy and such. By the way with the constant cuts and underfunding of many regulatory agencies are we not surprised these things continue to happen, after all look at what happens when you defang regulatory agencies on wall street they go ahead and run the country into the ground.
