This is by far the best argument I've heard from a liberal in this debate. Can any libertarians make a rebuttal to this video?

He basically dispelled the myths of Stalin, Hitler, and Mao making laws to disarm their citizens in attempt to stave off any potential uprisings. Pro guns always say that more gun laws will only arm criminals. Again, this a fallacious argument. There are laws that punish murder, rape, robbery, and burglary. However, people still commit them.

Actually ... he did no such thing. What he did was confirm the fact that the desire to outlaw all privately owned weapons always had at it's core, the purpose of preventing popular uprisings. He confirmed every argument based on that premise .. that authoritarians fear a well armed public. Of course, he didn't come right out and say that ... he talked about how the Nazis and the Bolsheviks "allowed" hunters to have long guns by permit ....

It was a terrible argument, and could only be convincing to someone already convinced of the "evils" of private gun ownership.

Massive fail for anyone over the age of 12, with a couple of brain cells functioning properly.

The video blows. Gun regulation means they can come and get them any time they want. Just like your bank/pension accounts. They know all about it and can seize it...and will in time. The federal government is already using money from the future pensions of present federal employees.

Gun control is the ability to decide which eye to dot and hit it...@ 50 ft with a .357.
