I have no problem with anyone that partakes in tax avoidance and strategic planning to pay less in taxes under the conditions that:
1) It is completely legal and transparent
2) You aren't the same guy that complains that the tax system is rigged and people are not paying enough and that you would pay more if you could
I understand that this is being done by Berkshire and not as part of his true personal holdings, but come on.
