You have to pass a written test, pass an eye exam and pay registration fees every year to own a car.

To own a gun, you just have to fog a mirror.

See how ridiculous those sound? Yet that's exactly what you're proposing for guns.

Most cars don't stop collisions (not yet) and swimming pools cannot be used to stop drownings, but a gun can definitely be used to stop a shooter.

The reason why mass shootings go on for more than a couple seconds is because the masses being shot cannot shoot back.

Had the 39 teachers in this school been armed, the shooter would not have had ten uninterrupted minutes to slaughter kids.

Are you not able to differentiate between accidents and first degree murders?

Oh please.

How many of these mass shootings have been stopped by shooters who were not law enforcement?

The purpose of a car is to drive it and that only , sure it be used as a weapn but that's not its sole purpose. What's the purpose of a gun other then to kill something? At least with a knife you can cut an apple , a slice of bread or to use it for something else other then killing. Like a car , it's very useful with intent to harm.

These liberal extremists and their environmental zealots have been decimating livings standard and quality of life for the middle class and everybody else for decades; look at what they've done to California over the past four decades.

And you don't even have to do that to vote.

Millions of gun owners have never killed anything. I know many who just enjoy the sport of target shooting. Maybe you aren't aware, but guns are a part of the Olympics.
