How are you planning to make something illegal that is ALREADY illegal? Those that fudge the dates can be punished if they are found out. What else do you want?

Of course it's illegal in most states. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen. In fact it happens fairly frequently enough that these busts are not rare at all. The huluhulu girl claims late-term abortions are only performed for medical reasons. I'm saying that is not true.
I have not heard of one of these busts, so it must not happen too often.
And legally Hula is right. The only reason one can get a LEGAL late term abortion is for medical reasons.

I really hope the uneducated, ignorant psychopaths that make up the far right wing keep on pushing the abortion issue, that way we can just hand them (and all of their outdated social ideas) another defeat in 2016.

Why don't you compare the number of "doctors" who lie and do ILLEGAL abortions to the number of people who use a gun to illegally kill people.
BOTH are already ILLEGAL! So unless you have some sort of solution that is better than finding and punishing the CRIMINAL in both cases I suggest you realize that people break ANY law that is made. The only thing we can do is find and punish them.
There are approximately 45 murders a day in the US. How many illegal late term abortions are there a day in the US?

Impossible to say because many illegal abortions are officially counted as legal....until the doctor is exposed. Gosnell alone made thousands of illegal abortions. But this casts a doubt on the 10,000-50,000 late term abortions that are done every year. How many are done for honest medical reasons? Not to mention how many late term abortions are left out because dishonest doctors fudged the time of conception by weeks. You are easily looking at a ballpark figure that exceeds gun deaths per year. And not all of those are illegal either.
