Had he been elected in November, surely he would've had no choice but to react.

Well you'll never get to find out. You chose who you want sitting in the Oval office, now deal with it rather than wonder "what if....".

THANK GOD that flip-flopping Mormon bozo wasn't elected, but I'm just wondering what he would have done since he banned assault weapons in his state.

I would hope that he would stay out of it. This is a LOCAL issue. I don't want to hear from anyone higher than the Mayor of Newtown, CT.

Yep, every time someone dies senselessly, let's all just ignore it.

Typical gun nut.

Also, typical of psychopaths who are clinically incapable of empathy.

Hard to distinguish between the two on this forum.

BTW, just curious -- the "not my problem, it happened farrr away from me" meme seems to be new on the forum today. Is it from the latest NRA email?

I don't know and don't wanna know.

However, something tells me that he would've handled it just fine.

Oh, so you're one of those people who support BIG GOVERNMENT!

I don't see why anyone higher than the principal of Sandy Hook School, or, better yet, the classroom teachers, should have anything to say about this.

KEEP CITY HALL OUT OF OUR GUN SAFES!

Well then send him an email and ask him. Asking posters on C-D will get you nothing but their opinions.

I think to lessen the impact of what Obama might do.

"My guy did this but your guy would have done worse" mentality.

Don't plan to partake in this game of partisian one upmanship.
People are better off dealing with reality and voicing their concerns about current leadership if they are "not feeling the love" of their party.
