Somalia has no laws, while we are just asking that the existing laws be enforced. Liberals want to ban all guns...they tried that in Russia and Brazil, and they are bastions of peace and tranquility. See another option for the "right to bear arms" folks...a bow and a knife.
With so many options: Gas + Match, Fertilizer, Swords, Knives, Bats..etc. Who needs guns?
A bow or knife is good to kill, same as a bomb. They kill, but they are not idea for defense. A truck bomb, for example, is great to kill a number of people in an office, but you can't defend yourself, innocent people or your home with it. That is what a gun is for.
Progressives like myself, on the other hand, use facts. Liberals? Just name calling when things don't go their way.
And as for blacks...I asked this a little while ago:

No matter what, psychos are going to find a way to go psycho. All your laws are doing is making life difficult for us non-serial killer types to own and carry guns.
The bigger question is why are there so many psychos in America who's only answer to their problems is to kill people.

Guns are in the black market and hence, are readily available for criminals. Just as nearly banning guns in Brazil and Russia didn't help, new laws in America won't help. Guns can be used to defend against almost any attacker. A bomber would be harder to kill, because the bomber doesn't need to be in a line of sight to use it.
Guns are good to defend yourself, but there are easier ways of killing massive numbers of people. For example: are train tracks secured? Not really, I use to live by one. A psycho/terrorist could easy run to one with a blow torch and ruin it to make a train derail, killing a ton of people. Or, a psycho could just build a homemade flame thrower, which destroys entire buildings and is far worse than any gun:
Point is: psychos are always going to be there and are always going to want to kill people. There is really nothing you can do. Mass killers will always be with us and banning guns will do nothing to stop them. No one on this planet is ever safe anywhere, and never has and never will be. Everyone dies, some sooner than others. That is the reality. Liberals cannot understand reality and neither can conservatives....conservatives refuse to admit the existence of global warming, liberals refuse to admit the existence of gun violence in places like Chicago or Moscow were guns are basically illegal. Only we progressives are willing to face reality.
